All IDs MUST BE government issued and physical. NO photos or other forms of IDs allowed. NO Exceptions. NO Valid ID NO ENTRY.

Expired and picture of an ID is not accepted.

After 10pm, no one under 21 is allowed to enter. No exceptions.

All other parties of 6 or less are welcomed to walk in on a first come first serve basis.

We accept reservations on either of the following:

• Groups of 7+ or

• Medium Rooms and up.

Please submit an inquiry HERE for reservations. Our team will respond within 24 hours via text or e-mail.

There MAY be a wait time on your requested reservation time. We cannot guarantee your party to be seated at the exact time. Upon check in, there may be a wait period or we require majority of the party to be there to begin. All reservations that do not show up after 15 minutes of their scheduled time will be automatically cancelled and charged one hour room fee. Extending time in your booking will be based upon availability.

Reservations are closed at 12 pm for same day reservations.

All room rates are a minimum of 1.5 hours.

P.S Please note that the time doesn’t start counting until you get into the room and stops when BOTH mics have been returned to front desk.

Strict NO tolerance on outside food or drinks/alcohol allowed on at our venue.

Bags and belongs will be checked before entrance is allowed.

Any outside liquor brought in will be confiscated and $200 fee will be charged to the room fee.

We reserve the right to refuse service.

No outside food / drinks are allowed, however cakes / cupcakes / cookies are ok.

Please bring your own plates, forks, knifes, matches, candles for cakes. KTV will not provide these items.

Optional Cake Package: Plastic Knife, Plates, Utensils (Qty of 20) $10

• If the need for more, they will need to purchase the appropriate amounts

We allow decorations and cake for birthday/celebration groups. If you need to decorate please understand this will be based on availability and time clock will start during decorating time.

NO confetti or glitter balloons are allowed on the venue.

If confetti or violation of any of our house rules, KTV reserved the right to make appropriate additional charges.

All private karaoke rooms have a 20% gratuity added onto the final bill.

Please look out for each other, if you or your friend looks like have reached the limit, please reframe from consuming additional alcohol.

$100 cleaning fee will be added to the room on the final bill for excessive dirtiness or bodily fluids

We allow separate tabs, please make the requested at time of check in.

Apple Pay is accepted.

All sales are final. Check itemized receipt before final payment.

• The touchscreen system is updated bi-monthly by the company. The company that owns the software are the ones that determine which songs are updated.

• The iPad system is any song / music video you can find on Youtube. Please search:

• [Song Title] - If you have lyrics memorized by heart.

• [Song Title] & Lyrics - If you need the lyrics to the song.

• [Song Title] & Karaoke - If you want to song without the vocal.

We have 2 types of machines:

1) Touch Screen

2) iPad System

* Remote Control Tablet (TJ Machine, available only if request in advance).

If there is a preference, please let the host know at check in.

At the time, we do not allow mobile devices to connect to our karaoke machines.

However, if you’d like to curate your own playlist beforehand, please reach out to KTV for more detail.
